DAY 1
Darjeeling – Arrival
Upon your arrival at IXB/NJP/Siliguri, you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. You will then be transferred to your hotel. After reaching the hotel, check in and take some time to relax. In the evening, you can visit Mall Road and enjoy a leisurely stroll. Later, have dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Darjeeling.

DAY 2
Darjeeling – Local Sightseeing
Start your day with a healthy breakfast at your hotel in Darjeeling. Today, you’ll enjoy a full-day city tour of Darjeeling. Begin early at around 3:30 AM to witness the mesmerizing sunrise from Tiger Hill (2,590 meters/13 km/45 minutes). On your way back, visit the renowned Ghoom Monastery and the iconic Batasia Loop. Continue with a half-day sightseeing tour covering attractions such as the Japanese Temple and Peace Pagoda, P.N. Zoological Park (closed on Thursdays), Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing Rock, the Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), an outer view of the Tea Garden (Chitrey), and more. Return to your hotel in the evening to relax. Enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Darjeeling.

Darjeeling -> Gangtok

Tsomgo Lake , Baba Mandir – Excursion
Enjoy a wholesome breakfast at your hotel in Gangtok. Today, embark on a day trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Located around 55 kilometers from Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake sits at an altitude of 12,400 feet, while Baba Mandir is situated at 13,200 feet. After exploring these beautiful sites, return to your hotel by evening and relax. Later, have dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Gangtok. (Note: In case of a landslide or any unforeseen situation leading to the closure of Tsomgo Lake, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.)

DAY 5
Gangtok -> Lachung
Start your day with a healthy breakfast at your hotel in Gangtok, then proceed to check out. As you travel towards Lachung, take time to stop at some scenic and noteworthy spots such as the Naga Waterfall, the picturesque confluence of the Lachen Chu and Lachung Chu rivers at Changthang, and the stunning Bhim Nala Waterfall. Upon reaching Lachung, check in to your hotel and enjoy an overnight stay.

Lachung -> Yumthang Valley

While returning, make a stop at the Hot Spring, believed to have healing properties. In the evening, return to the hotel and unwind. Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Lachung –> Gangtok

The evening is free for leisure activities. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at your Gangtok hotel.

Lachung –> Gangtok

- For clarity and transparency, guests are kindly requested to communicate all requirements and discussions in writing, as verbal agreements will not be considered valid.
- Our packages can be tailored to suit your preferences and needs.
- To maintain a smooth travel experience, the company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary if required. Such adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, service disruptions, changes in government regulations, or similar situations beyond our control.
- Please note that a package is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received by Travel To Joy.
- For packages marked as DND (Date Not Decided), the travel dates must be confirmed within three months from the date of invoice issuance.
- Failure to do so may result in inconvenience or unavailability of certain services.
- To enhance your travel experience, Travel To Joy occasionally offers complimentary upgrades such as better hotels, upgraded room categories, or improved vehicle types. These upgrades come at no extra cost and may be informed to you either before or during your trip.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The cancellation charges will range between 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
- Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show will result in 100% retention charges.
- No refunds will be issued for any missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by Travel To Joy.
- Travel To Joy reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required minimum advance payment (50% of the total package cost) is not received.
- If any guest is found engaging in illegal activities or displaying violent behavior, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without issuing any refund.
