- If your preferred slot isn’t available, an alternate option will be arranged based on your convenience, and a new confirmation voucher will be issued.
- Cancellation Before Confirmation
- Bookings canceled before confirmation are eligible for a full refund without any deductions.
- Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 10 working days.
- Force Majeure Clause
- In case of disruptions due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, strikes, or government restrictions), alternate arrangements will be provided, but cash refunds will not be applicable.

- A 25% cancellation fee will be charged if the booking is canceled 30 days or more before the travel date.
- 15 to 30 Days Before Travel
- If canceled within 15 to 30 days, 50% of the total tour cost will be deducted.
- Less Than 15 Days or No-Show
- Cancellations made within 15 days of travel or no-shows will result in 100% charges.
- Events Beyond Control
- In cases where trips are affected by factors beyond control (e.g., natural calamities or strikes), alternative options will be provided, but no monetary refunds will be issued.
