Dharamshala offers everything you need for a perfect vacation—serene waterfalls, vast tea gardens, a cricket stadium for sports enthusiasts, the spiritual presence of the Dalai Lama, and a tranquil atmosphere ideal for relaxation.
DAY 2
Dharamshala City Tour
Arrive in Dharamshala, where our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your transfer to the hotel. (Check-in time will be as per hotel policy; early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.)
After freshening up, begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to McLeodganj and the Tsuglagkhang Complex, the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. The complex also houses the Namgyal Monastery, Tibet Museum, library, café, and a souvenir shop, offering a peaceful and culturally rich experience.
Continue exploring Dharamshala with visits to popular attractions like Bhagsu Nag Temple and Waterfall, St. John’s Church, the War Memorial, Cricket Stadium, and the local market.

Kangra valley– Day Trip

Later, drive back to Dalhousie, stopping along the way at the Panchpula Waterfall and St. John’s Church. You can also explore other nearby attractions such as St. Francis and St. Patrick’s Churches, Subhash Chowk, and the Tibetan Market.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

- To maintain a smooth travel experience, the company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary if required. Such adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, service disruptions, changes in government regulations, or similar situations beyond our control.
- Please note that a package is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received by Travel To Joy.
- For packages marked as DND (Date Not Decided), the travel dates must be confirmed within three months from the date of invoice issuance.
- Failure to do so may result in inconvenience or unavailability of certain services.
- To enhance your travel experience, Travel To Joy occasionally offers complimentary upgrades such as better hotels, upgraded room categories, or improved vehicle types. These upgrades come at no extra cost and may be informed to you either before or during your trip.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The cancellation charges will range between 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
- Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show will result in 100% retention charges.
- No refunds will be issued for any missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by Travel To Joy.
- Travel To Joy reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required minimum advance payment (50% of the total package cost) is not received.
- If any guest is found engaging in illegal activities or displaying violent behavior, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without issuing any refund.
