🌞 4 Days of Spiti Beauty – Itinerary
DAY 1
Manali -> Chandertal
After breakfast, begin your scenic drive to Chandratal Lake, passing through the breathtaking Rohtang Pass. Upon arrival, enjoy some time exploring the stunning lake surroundings. In the evening, check into your camp stay, unwind by the bonfire, and relish a delicious dinner followed by a peaceful overnight stay under the stars.

DAY 2
Chandertal -> Kaza – Local Sightseeing
After breakfast, begin your journey through the scenic mountain passes of Kunzum La, taking in the breathtaking views along the way. The first stop is Losar, the gateway village to Spiti. From there, continue to the charming town of Kaza.
Explore the ancient Key Monastery, located 12 km from Kaza, known for its maze-like structure and history as both a gompa and a fortress. Continue to the serene villages of Kibber and Komic, and don’t miss a stop at Hikkim, home to the world’s highest post office.
Wrap up the day with a delicious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at your hotel.

DAY 3
Kaza -> Tabo

DAY 4
Kaza – Manali
After breakfast, begin your return journey to Manali, enjoying the scenic drive through the mountains. You’ll reach Manali by 4:00 PM, where the cab will drop you at the bus stand for your onward journey back to Delhi.

🧩Travel Booking Terms & Policies
Package Privacy & Terms
- All travel arrangements and bookings must be confirmed through written communication with Glacial Adventures. Verbal requests are not considered valid.
- To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required. The remaining amount must be paid either upon arrival in India or before hotel check-in, as per the travel schedule.
- The advance amount may vary depending on the nature of services and the time remaining before the trip. For certain bookings—like train travel, peak season hotel stays, or festival/fair dates—100% advance payment may be necessary to secure availability.
- Payments can be made through:
- Wire Transfer to our official bank account
- Cash Deposit into any of our authorized company accounts
- All such advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
- Any request to transfer from one tour to another will be treated as a cancellation of the original package and a new booking. Cancellation charges will apply accordingly.
- For prepone or postpone requests, guests must inform us at least 7 days in advance, in writing. A rescheduling fee of INR 3,000/- will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be communicated in writing only. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
The initial token/advance amount is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In case of full or partial cancellation, the following charges apply:

- No refunds will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Unused services (such as accommodations, transport, meals, sightseeing, permits, or any part of the itinerary not utilized)
- Any amendments that result in cancellation of services will be subject to the above-mentioned cancellation slabs.
- For bookings involving third-party services (e.g., flight/train tickets or other vendor arrangements), the respective provider’s cancellation policies will apply in addition to Travel To Joy’ service charges.

- 🚗 Transport – Comfortable travel by Tata Sumo for the entire tour, including all local sightseeing as per the itinerary
- 🅿️ Included Charges – Parking fees, toll taxes, fuel, and driver allowances
- 🏨 Stay – 03 nights accommodation in a hotel or homestay as per the itinerary
- 🍽️ Meals (MAP Plan) – Morning tea, breakfast, and choice of lunch or dinner included
❌ Exclusions:
- 💼 Personal Expenses – Any personal costs such as tips, travel insurance, laundry, phone calls, etc.
- 🚫 Limited Vehicle Use – Vehicle services are not available on leisure days or after completing the scheduled sightseeing.
- 🍷 Drinks & Extras – Expenses on alcoholic beverages, mineral water, soft/hard drinks, starters, etc. are not included.
- 🏯 Entry & Guide Fees – Monastery entrance tickets, camera charges, and guide services (if required) are excluded.
