Gangtok -> Arrival
Upon arrival at IXB/NJP/Siliguri, our executive will warmly welcome you. You will then be transferred to your hotel. Once you reach the hotel, check in and take some time to relax. The evening is free for you to explore at your own pace—enjoy the beautiful surroundings, have a romantic meal at a cozy café, try some local North-Eastern delicacies, take a stroll in the refreshing mountain air hand-in-hand, or simply unwind in the serene atmosphere. Gangtok – Full Day City Tour
Start your day with a nutritious breakfast at your hotel in Gangtok. Today, enjoy a full-day city tour exploring Gangtok’s popular attractions. Visit Ganesh Tok, Tashi View Point, the Handicrafts Centre, the vibrant Flower Show, the Ropeway, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Chorten Stupa, and the scenic Banjhakri Waterfalls.

Tsomgo Lake , Baba Mandir – Excursion
Enjoy a healthy breakfast at your hotel in Gangtok. Today, you will go on a day trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Located around 55 km from Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake sits at an altitude of 12,400 ft, while Baba Mandir is at 13,200 ft. In the evening, return to your hotel and relax. Later, enjoy dinner and spend the night at your hotel in Gangtok. (Note: If Tsomgo Lake is closed due to a landslide or any other reason, alternate sightseeing will be arranged.)

- For clarity and transparency, guests are kindly requested to communicate all requirements and discussions in writing, as verbal agreements will not be considered valid.
- Our packages can be tailored to suit your preferences and needs.
- To maintain a smooth travel experience, the company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary if required. Such adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, service disruptions, changes in government regulations, or similar situations beyond our control.
- Please note that a package is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received by Travel To Joy.
- For packages marked as DND (Date Not Decided), the travel dates must be confirmed within three months from the date of invoice issuance.
- Failure to do so may result in inconvenience or unavailability of certain services.
- To enhance your travel experience, Travel To Joy occasionally offers complimentary upgrades such as better hotels, upgraded room categories, or improved vehicle types. These upgrades come at no extra cost and may be informed to you either before or during your trip.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The cancellation charges will range between 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
- Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show will result in 100% retention charges.
- No refunds will be issued for any missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by Travel To Joy.
- Travel To Joy reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required minimum advance payment (50% of the total package cost) is not received.
- If any guest is found engaging in illegal activities or displaying violent behavior, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without issuing any refund.
