DAY 1
Delhi-> Dharamshala – Overnight Journey
Begin your exciting journey to Dharamshala by boarding the Volvo bus from the designated pickup point in Delhi (guests are kindly requested to arrive on time; pickup details will be provided on your ticket). Enjoy a comfortable overnight ride to the hills.
Dharamshala offers all the ingredients for an ideal getaway—serene waterfalls, sprawling tea gardens, a picturesque cricket stadium for sports enthusiasts, the spiritual presence of the Dalai Lama, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding.
DAY 2
Arrival– Dharamshala Local Sightseeing
Arrive in Dharamshala, where our representative will warmly welcome you and assist with your hotel transfer. (Please note: Standard check-in time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.)
After freshening up, begin your sightseeing with a visit to McLeodganj and the Tsuglagkhang Complex, the official residence of the 14th Dalai Lama. The complex also includes the Namgyal Monastery, Tibet Museum, a library, a café, and a souvenir shop. Experience the peaceful atmosphere of the spiritual hub embraced by the Dalai Lama.
Continue your exploration with visits to popular spots such as the Bhagsu Nag Temple & Waterfall, St. John in the Wilderness Church, War Memorial, the scenic Cricket Stadium, and the bustling local market.

DAY 3
Kangra valley Day Trip– Dalhousie
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and set out for a day excursion to the scenic Kangra Valley, located about 30 km from Dharamshala. En route, visit the Kangra Art Museum and seek blessings at the sacred Mata Shri Bajreshwari Devi Temple.
Continue your journey to the historic Kangra Fort, where the ruins reflect stories of battles fought by Indian kings, the Mughals, and British forces. After completing your sightseeing, proceed towards Dalhousie. Arrive by evening and check in at the hotel.

Khajjiar, Dalhousie– Local
After enjoying a delicious breakfast, head out for a day trip to Khajjiar, located 22 km from Dalhousie. Often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India,” Khajjiar offers a serene setting with its sparkling lake and lush green meadows—perfect for spending a relaxed day immersed in nature.
Later, return to Dalhousie, stopping en route at the Panchpula Waterfall and the St. John’s Church. You can also explore other nearby attractions such as St. Francis and St. Patrick’s Churches, Subhash Chowk, and the vibrant Tibetan Market.
Settle in for a cozy overnight stay at the hotel.
WINTER NOTE: During winter, Khajjiar sightseeing is subject to road conditions and government regulations. If travel is only possible via Chamba, an additional charge will apply at the time of travel.

Note: Gopalpur Zoo remains closed every Monday. The best months to plan your visit are from March to June and September to November.

- To maintain a smooth travel experience, the company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary if required. Such adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, service disruptions, changes in government regulations, or similar situations beyond our control.
- Please note that a package is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received by Travel To Joy.
- For packages marked as DND (Date Not Decided), the travel dates must be confirmed within three months from the date of invoice issuance.
- Failure to do so may result in inconvenience or unavailability of certain services.
- To enhance your travel experience, Travel To Joy occasionally offers complimentary upgrades such as better hotels, upgraded room categories, or improved vehicle types. These upgrades come at no extra cost and may be informed to you either before or during your trip.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The cancellation charges will range between 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
- Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show will result in 100% retention charges.
- No refunds will be issued for any missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by Travel To Joy.
- Travel To Joy reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required minimum advance payment (50% of the total package cost) is not received.
- If any guest is found engaging in illegal activities or displaying violent behavior, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without issuing any refund.
