🌞 5 Days of Dalhousie Beauty – Itinerary
DAY 1
Delhi –> Dalhousie
Begin your beautiful journey to Dalhousie by boarding the Volvo bus from the designated pickup point in Delhi. Guests are requested to reach the location on time, as mentioned on the travel ticket. The overnight journey will be by Volvo, offering a comfortable ride to your destination. Dalhousie, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of India,” is known for its stunning landscapes that closely resemble those of Switzerland.
DAY 2
Arrival– Local Market
Upon arriving at the Dalhousie Volvo point, our cab will be there to receive you. Known as the “Mini Switzerland of India” for its scenic beauty and landscapes resembling those of Switzerland, Dalhousie offers a serene welcome. You will be transferred to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the local market at your own pace. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

DAY 3
Khajjiar –> Dalhousie Local sightseeing
After a hearty breakfast, head out for a scenic excursion to Khajjiar, located about 22 km from Dalhousie. Known for its stunning Khajjiar Lake and lush green surroundings, it’s a perfect spot to relax and soak in nature’s beauty. Later, drive back to Dalhousie with en route stops at the Panchpula Waterfall and St. John’s Church. You can also explore other nearby attractions such as St. Francis and St. Patrick’s Churches, Subhash Chowk, and the Tibetan Market. Enjoy a peaceful overnight stay at the hotel.
WINTER NOTE: During winter, Khajjiar sightseeing is subject to road and weather conditions as per government guidelines. If the route via Chamba is the only option, extra charges may apply and will be payable on the spot.

DAY 4
Departure
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Our cab will drop you at the Dalhousie Volvo point, from where you will begin your overnight journey back to Delhi.

- All travel packages offered are customizable, except for those under Fixed Departures.
- For clarity and transparency, guests are kindly requested to communicate all requirements and discussions in writing, as verbal agreements will not be considered valid.
- Our packages can be tailored to suit your preferences and needs.
- To maintain a smooth travel experience, the company reserves the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary if required. Such adjustments may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, technical issues, service disruptions, changes in government regulations, or similar situations beyond our control.
- Please note that a package is not considered confirmed until the advance payment is received by Travel To Joy.
- For packages marked as DND (Date Not Decided), the travel dates must be confirmed within three months from the date of invoice issuance.
- Failure to do so may result in inconvenience or unavailability of certain services.
- To enhance your travel experience, Travel To Joy occasionally offers complimentary upgrades such as better hotels, upgraded room categories, or improved vehicle types. These upgrades come at no extra cost and may be informed to you either before or during your trip.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
- The token amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- The cancellation charges will range between 25% to 50% of the total tour package cost, depending on the timing and nature of the cancellation.
- Bookings canceled within 15 days of the travel date or in the event of a no-show will result in 100% retention charges.
- No refunds will be issued for any missed or unused services, including flights, trains, hotel accommodations, meals, sightseeing, transfers, entry tickets, permits, or any other services provided by Travel To Joy.
- Travel To Joy reserves the right to cancel a booking if the required minimum advance payment (50% of the total package cost) is not received.
- If any guest is found engaging in illegal activities or displaying violent behavior, the company reserves the right to immediately terminate all services without issuing any refund.

- 🚌 Transportation – Roundtrip Volvo tickets between Delhi and Dalhousie included.
- 🚗 Private Travel – Dedicated cab for sightseeing as per the itinerary.
- 🧼 Safety & Hygiene – Travel in sanitized vehicles for your comfort and safety.
- 🏨 Accommodation – Stay on a double-sharing basis in comfortable hotels.

- 🍽️ Meals Not Included – Any meals not mentioned under the “Inclusions” section are excluded.
- ➕ Additional Services – Extra services such as permits, Volvo luggage charges, room heaters, or additional meals are not part of the package.
- ✈️🚆🛳️ Other Transportation – Flights, trains, ferries, or any other mode of transport not specified are not included.
- 📋 Unmentioned Items – Anything not clearly listed in the package details will be considered an exclusion.
- 💳 Personal Expenses – Costs related to laundry, shopping, telephone bills, tips, and other personal needs are not covered.
- 🏞️ Adventure Activities – Activities like paragliding, rafting, or any other adventure sports are not part of the package.
